Ideal for couples or solo travellers. An additional loft is suitable for a child (limited headroom). Pets are not allowed in Ruden. Can be combined with the Oie apartment.

One additional child aged 4+ €15 per night, children up to 3 stay free. Dogs are welcome in Koos and Vilm for €15 per night; Oie and Ruden are pet-free.
High season = school holidays & public holidays. Minimum stay 3 nights, 5 in high season.
Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and parking are included. Two cats belong to the Landhaus and live on the property.
